Lockdown Weight Gain Help & Advice

In a new survey, 52 percent of people in the UK say they have put on weight during lockdown. In what many people refer to as the “Lockdown Stone”, the UK’s waistline has exploded with more and more people becoming couch potatoes due to the pandemic.
