Lockdown Weight Gain Help & Advice

In a new survey, 52 percent of people in the UK say they have put on weight during lockdown. In what many people refer to as the “Lockdown Stone”, the UK’s waistline has exploded with more and more people becoming couch potatoes due to the pandemic.

During lockdown in the UK, the highlight of most of our days is eating our favourite takeaways to cheer ourselves up. Pair that up with munching on our favourite, unhealthy snacks each day and you can see why this has affected half of the population. Simply put, we are moving far less but eating much more.
